With hip imbalance, work on that. Assuming ankle mobility is good, make it a 12 or a 14. Every small aspect: do them.

“In the first team you’re going to face physical challenges who have been in battles countless occasions. Extremely powerful. Reviewing old images: my legs are chicken legs. So what happens, happens. Look at pictures of me now and the change is dramatic. Injury made me see that. Sessions end, but additional work remains. Teammates are set, really ready; no exceptions.”
